Summary List PlacementEssential Monthly Plan (ad-supported) (medium)

Paramount Plus offers two types of plans: Essential and Premium. The ad-supported Essential Plan costs $5 a month while the ad-free Premium Plan is $10 a month.

For a limited time, you can get a 30-day free trial when you sign up for either monthly plan with the coupon code "MOVIES." The coupon code is not valid for annual memberships. Paramount Plus typically offers a one-week trial, so this promotion includes three extra weeks for free.

Paramount Plus subscribers get access to a variety of original programs, including "Star Trek: Discovery" and reboots of old Nickelodeon hits like "Rugrats." More original shows and movies on the way in the coming months.

Subscribers should be aware, however, that only the Premium Plan includes live streaming support for your local CBS network. You can read our full Paramount Plus review here.
