Paramount Plus offers two types of plans: ad-supported and commercial-free. Both plans feature a monthly or annual payment option, but the annual option saves you about 16%.
The Paramount Plus ad-supported plan costs $6 a month, and the commercial-free plan costs $10 a month. If you end up using the service for a full year, that comes out to $72 or $120, respectively.
The streaming service's annual plans, however, will knock those costs down by around 16%. If you pay for a full year up front, you can get an ad-supported plan for $60 a year, or a commercial-free plan for $100 a year.
Paramount Plus also offers a seven-day free trial for new subscribers. This way you can test the service before you commit to paying for an annual plan.
Subscribers get access to a variety of original programs, including a new "SpongeBob Squarepants" movie and spinoff series. There's also a number of other original shows and movies on the way.
These originals include "Rugrats," a 3D-animated reboot of the popular 90s cartoon, premiering May 27. Paramount Plus will also premiere "Sir Alex Ferguson: Never Give In," a documentary on the famed football manager, on May 29. The 2020-21 UEFA Champions League Final will stream live that same day.
