Sunday's massive "Game of Thrones" episode was one of the series' largest yet. Not only did we get to see all three of Daenery's dragons in action, but the majority of the episode consisted of a massive battle between Ramsay Bolton and Jon Stark for Winterfell.
Known as "The Battle of the Bastards," the episode was one of the most expensive and largest in "Game of Thrones" history. According to Entertainment Weekly, not only did season six, episode nine cost over $10 million to make, but the Bastard Bowl also took nearly a month to shoot. (That's longer than the 17-day shoot for last season's big episode, "Hardhome.")
Take a look to see how much work went into making Sunday's massive battle to come to life.
