"Daredevil" season two just dropped and Marvel is already getting us ready for its next hero, Luke Cage.
Netflix cleverly attached the first teaser trailer for "Marvel's Luke Cage" at the end of "Daredevil" season two. Once you get to the end of season's 13 episodes, the teaser trailer automatically cues up to play next.
The new teaser, currently only viewable on Netflix, shows Cage (Mike Colter) calm, collected, and even a little bored as he's shot at by thugs.
Cage first appeared in last year's "Jessica Jones" and will be the next Marvel hero to get his own show. Set after the events of "Jessica Jones," Cage's solo run will follow the indestructible man to Harlem. This sets him slightly apart from both "Jessica Jones" and "Daredevil," as both shows were set in Hell's Kitchen.
Coming with him to Harlem is "Daredevil" and "Jessica Jones" alum, Claire (Rosario Dawson) and love interest/tough detective, Misty Knight (Simone Missick). At the "Daredevil" season two premiere earlier this year, Colter revealed that "Luke Cage" season one will be released on Netflix September 30.
