It's always important to maintain a sense of humor — especially in a zombie apocalypse.
Spoiler alert!
If you're not caught up with "The Walking Dead," read at your own risk!
In Sunday's episode, the survivors must decapitate walkers in order to find a head that resembles a man named Gregory. The Saviors, a group of rival survivors, demand Gregory's head as entrance into their compound.
Entertainment Weekly's Dalton Ross spoke with Greg Nicotero, executive producer for "The Walking Dead," who revealed that two of the three severed heads have very familiar faces:

"One of the other heads, I don't know if I'm going to get in trouble if I say this, was Johnny Depp," Nicotero told EW. "I think we had sculpted an emaciated version of a dummy head for something and we used Johnny Depp's head as a basis just for a clay sculpt."
Depp's head is presumably on the right. You can tell from the nose and prominent cheekbones. Although, he's certainly seen better days.
Nicotero continued that he makes a "cameo" in the same scene.
"The 'Gregory' head is actually a cast of my head," Nicotero revealed. "When Xander Berkeley was cast as Gregory, we didn't have enough time to get him to Los Angeles to do a head cast and make a dummy head of him."
The cameos are sure to delight fans as a bit of an Easter egg, but it turns out that one of the cast members was equally delighted.
"Norman [Reedus, who plays Daryl] kept saying he wanted the heads when we were done shooting," Nicotero revealed. "I said we've got to wait until the picture is logged."
