Rejected NBC TV Pilot Actors Started A YouTube Show

Earlier this year, NBC was in talks to greenlight "Downwardly Mobile" about a middle class family living in a trailer park.

The series was originally set to reunite Roseanne Barr with co-star John Goodman with Barr playing the "surrogate mother" to the community's inhabitants. However, the show never got picked up.

Well, it seems five of the actors from the show became rather close while filming and decided they don't need a television show on NBC when they have YouTube

Jason Antoon ("Minority Report"), Mary Birdsong ("The Descendants"), Greg Cromer, Tricia O’Kelley, and Romy Rosemon partnered up and began their own series "Bitter, Party of Five."

While we were first unsure whether this was a one-time thing or not, this looks like the beginning of "Bitter, Party of 5."

The group's Twitter page has been live since June, and from their tweets, it looks like we'll be getting another episode soon.
